Less than 24 hours
A 60% cancellation charge applies under our current Terms & Conditions.
No-shows
No refund is provided if you do not attend your scheduled experience.
These conditions cover our shared and private tours, activities and transfers. The deadline is measured against the scheduled start time in Morocco local time.
Submit cancellation through the platform or agency where you booked. Its booking conditions and refund process apply. You can also use this form to ask our team for support.

- Find the booking reference in your confirmation email.
- Check the scheduled date, start time and cancellation deadline.
- Send your request and keep the confirmation. Our team will review the booking and reply.
Sending this form does not automatically cancel a booking or issue a refund. If departure is approaching, contact us directly as well.

Does the 24-hour policy include private tours?
Yes. Free cancellation at least 24 hours before the scheduled start applies to private and shared tours, activities and transfers booked directly with us.
When will my refund arrive?
Our team will confirm whether your booking qualifies and explain the refund process. Processing time depends on the booking channel and payment provider.
Can this form cancel a third-party booking?
No. Use the cancellation process on the platform or through the agency where you booked. This form lets our team review your request and provide support.
